Never tasted so good
I create delicious, low carb baked goods that are keto diet friendly. I use simple ingredients such as almond and coconut flour, monkfruit sweetener, heavy cream, cocoa powder, and cream cheese.
Allergens such as tree nuts, cinnamon, etc. are used on a daily basis in my bakery. Unfortunately, I am not equipped to offer allergen free products.

Monkfruit, Swerve, and Stevia are the sweeteners of choice here. Of course, one of the goals of keto is to avoid sugar and the spikes in blood glucose levels that it can cause. So I keep my desserts as sugar free as possible. I do not add any sugar to my recipes, and the minimal amount that is present comes mainly from the berries I use.

A slice of dessert can be a tasty way to get those daily fat grams in. But keep in mind that keto desserts, especially cheesecakes, can be calorie heavy too. Remember to keep slices on the smaller side; these desserts are filling so that should be pretty easy :)
